To examine the distribution of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in the trabecular meshwork (TM) and to determine the possibility that PDGF may play a role in TM cell proliferation or extracellular matrix (ECM) production. Immunohistochemistry and Western immunoblotting techniques were used to examine the distribution of PDGF in human TM. The TM was obtained from 12 organ donors. Indirect immunofluorescence was used to examine the distribution of PDGF in human TM. Western immunoblotting was used to detect the presence of PDGF. Indirect immunofluorescence demonstrated a homogeneous distribution of PDGF within the TM. Western immunoblotting showed the presence of PDGF in the TM. PDGF is distributed in a homogeneous manner within the TM and may play a role in TM cell proliferation.Q: Simple way to resize a tm::graphics context What is the simplest way to resize a tm::graphics context to a new size? A: Just call Graphics::resize(). bool Graphics::resize(int w, int h) { if (w > 0 && h > 0) { m_width = w; m_height = h; glViewport(0, 0, w, h); return true; } else { return false; } } A: Just resize the window in which you are drawing. If you're using glut, then you can either set the window to have a new size, or just draw into the full size of the window. The advantage of this is that any changes to your window size will be reflected in the rendered scene, without having to go and redraw the scene with a different size.
